The following terms govern your use of Snatch Casino, including the website, mobile interface, and any associated services. By creating an account you confirm that you have read and accepted them.

Account registration and eligibility

Only individuals aged eighteen years or older, or the higher minimum age set by their local jurisdiction, are permitted to open an account at Snatch Casino.

Residents of territories where online gambling is restricted or prohibited under domestic law are not eligible to play, regardless of any technical workaround.

Each player may operate one account only. Duplicate registrations identified through name, address, payment method, or device matching will be merged or closed at our discretion.

Deposits, withdrawals, and currency

Withdrawals are processed back to the original deposit source whenever possible, in compliance with anti-money-laundering rules. Pending periods of up to seventy-two hours allow for security checks.

Bonus rules and promotional fairness

Each promotional offer is governed by a specific terms sheet that lists wagering multiples, eligible games, maximum bet sizes during bonus play, and the validity window.

Strategies designed to extract value without genuine entertainment intent — such as low-risk wagering patterns, collusion, or chip dumping in live games — will result in forfeiture of the bonus and any winnings derived from it.

Player conduct and prohibited behaviour

Abusive language directed at staff, attempts to manipulate game outcomes, or use of automation software are grounds for immediate account suspension and, where relevant, reporting to authorities.

Any deliberate misrepresentation of identity, residency, or payment method ownership constitutes a material breach of these terms and voids the right to balances obtained through such activity.

Dispute resolution and governing law

Complaints should first be raised with our player support team, who aim to resolve issues within seven business days. If a dispute remains open, it can be escalated to the Curaçao Gaming Authority under licence OGL/2024/758/0228.

These terms are governed by the laws of Curaçao. Players retain any consumer protection rights granted by the mandatory legislation of their country of residence.
